EmotionAid is a simple and effective protocol that provides health care workers with an evidence based intervention for coping with the stress, particularly that brought about by Covid 19. With EmotionAid, health care workers show increased resilience and an ability to productively self regulate stress and loss. Any health care workers at a day clinic, public hospital and care facilities in the Western Cape qualifies for this free counselling.

Relebohile Mohapi EmotionAid Co-ordinator

Relebohile holds her BA in English and Psychology, as well as a certificate in Counselling and Communication. While completing her certification, Relebohile spent time as a counsellor for The Counselling Hub, where her passion for mental health care and her desire to support The Hub’s mission grew. Now in an administrative role, Relebohile prides herself on using her skills to provide effective communication between EmotionAid’s counsellors, clients and healthcare institutions.
